We recently had a corporate event at Roma’s Hospitality for a Christmas dinner and 10 year anniversary, and this was by far the best venue we have ever worked with! Throughout the month of planning, Ana was extremely helpful and always available for any request or questions I had. She helped our team bring the vision we wanted for this party to life. She pays a lot of attention to detail and went above and beyond. Joseph, who was with me the entire night of the event was wonderful. He was checking in every 10-15 minutes to make sure everything was running smoothly and was ready for any last minute changes I might’ve had. Massimo was very welcoming to all our guests and helped us rearrange a few last minute changes. Overall all the staff and servers were so kind and so sweet. If you need to book with a hall for any sort of event. This is the place. The food was also amazing. Ana and Joe made the whole preparation process easy and not stressful. As a bride who planned her own wedding they helped us with all the questions we had and were very fast to respond via email. On the day of the hall was set up exactly as we discussed and it looked perfect. Food was amazing! All our guest loved the portion size and how hot the food was when it arrived. All the courses also came out in a very timely manner. The late night station was a great hit too! My husband and I recently had our wedding at Roma’s Hospitality Centre in October 2025. We are beyond the moon thrilled & would recommend the hall for anyone in need of an event space. We visited Roma’s in January and, to our surprise, found our date to be available! From early on to the end of the event, we were welcomed with the most stellar customer service possible. Janet & Ana were our event coordinators. They have excellent communication - Emails were neatly organized, everything was kept track of, They were quick to answer any of our questions. They also gave excellent advice throughout the process. Anthony was our event manager for the evening of and he was an absolute delight. Of course there’s always some chaos in wedding planning, and at a few intervals, I had apologized to Anthony (how Canadian of me!). At one point, he looked at me with so much sincerity and kindness, and said “This is your day! You have nothing to apologize for - go and enjoy this day and let me figure everything out!” Him saying that literally melted all of my stress in that moment! The food was fantastic and was a hit from all of our guests. I personally had the chicken breast - It was so moist and delicious! The hall itself is beautiful all on its own - it has a regal, royal-quality to it with pillars and gold accents. Our decor just added to its elegance! Everything is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. All the staff was wonderful! Thank you so much, Roma’s, for everything! We had the absolutely pleasure of having our wedding at Roma's in August of 2025. The venue is stunning, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious! Roma's really goes above and beyond every step of the way to make sure your day is everything you imagined it to be. Janet was like an angel for us! She made the entire planning process and every decision as smooth and easy as can be. Her knowledge, support, guidance were appreciated beyond words, we truly could not have pulled it off without her help!
